When you create an account:

  • Company details (for hiring users)

When you use the platform:

  • Job preferences (for job seekers)
  • Job post details (for hiring companies)
  • Resume and application materials
  • Messages sent through the platform
  • Team member invitations (hiring users only)

Automatically through analytics:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device type
  • Pages visited
  • Time spent on the site
  • Clicks and other interactions

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Match job seekers with relevant job posts
  • Allow job seekers to apply for roles
  • Help hiring teams manage job posts and applicants
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the platform
  • Communicate with you about your account or activity
  • Comply with legal obligations

We may also use anonymised, aggregated data for internal analytics and platform improvement.

4. Who Can See Your Data
  • Job seekers: Your resume and application details are only visible to companies you apply to.
  • Hiring companies: Team members you invite will have access to your company’s posts and applicants.
  • We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We may share limited data with third parties who help us run the service, such as:

  • Stripe, for processing payments (once payments go live)
  • Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn tracking, for usage insights and advertising
    These providers may process data outside the UK or EU but must follow strong data protection standards.

5. How We Store Your Data

Your data (including resumes) is securely stored using Bubble.io’s infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

Under the UK GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Withdraw consent, if we rely on it
  • Object to or restrict certain uses of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in the UK, that's the ICO)

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in and understand how people use the platform. We also use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag to improve the service and occasionally run ads.

We keep your account data for as long as you use the platform. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable time, unless we are legally required to keep it.
